Fitness Boot Camp

Our Fitness Boot Camp is a little mix of everything! Looking to get a good workout and have fun doing it? THIS is the class for you! This class is taught by our Group Fitness Coaches and covers full body exercises throughout the week! This class is the perfect place to get started on your fitness journey and is great for all levels! 

Looking to be pushed to your limits and take it to the next level? TRY Boot Camp 2.0 - Must be approved by a coach, just ask if you feel ready!

Kickboxing Boot Camp

Improve your cardio endurance, agility, coordination, balance and blast calories all while working out your frustrations in this 45-60 minute class. Using basic punches and kicks on free standing bags with agility ladders and cardio stations for that extra workout burn. No previous Kickboxing experience is necessary to take this class. 

Strength Boot Camp

Looking to learn more about free weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and lifting in general? With a mix of traditional lifting and fitness, this class is meant to get you lean and mean!
